Adolescents and young adults are regarded as people going through a transitory stage between childhood and adulthood. In this phase of life, individuals experience rapid physiological, sexual, cognitive, and emotional changes. These are the times that can be of both disorientation and discovery. In these stages, it is essential to encourage healthy behaviors and to take measures to better safeguard young individuals from health hazards.

Mental Health
Depression is one of the main causes of illness and disability among young people. Violence, poverty and a sense of devaluation can boost the danger that people might develop mental health issues.

Lack of healthy sex life or confusion regarding their newly developed sexual feelings can also play a significant role in deteriorating mental health of young adults and adolescents. Helping children at school and college by providing them with proper sex education can promote good mental health. But with the right sexual awareness products, they can learn how to have a good time in a safe and healthy manner.

In the age of smartphones and the internet, it is almost difficult to keep kids and young adults from discovering different things of sexual nature – which may make them curious. To prevent them from harming their health and safety, it is imperative to have conversations with them early on and teach them how to explore their sexual desires and identities in a safe and healthy way.
